    Yes, and so far we've had the pleasure of organising different types of events for our guests! If you are buying this trip as a surprise for family members, partners, or spouses (we have arranged it all in the past) – please let us know about their preferences in advance! If you wish to propose, please also let us know in advance. We have had 3 succesful engagements on our boats so far, and are happy to help you with arrangements!
  • What happens in case of bad weather?
    Hvar sits in a little microclimate pocket – making it one of Europe’s sunniest places year-round. Hvar has 2700+ sunny hours each year. That's an average of 7,5 per day. This usually makes most summer bad weather forecasts in this area simply inaccurate. Occasionally, it will rain. But most days it won't, even if it's cloudy and grey in the morning! We always monitor the weather forecast several days before the tour. In case of bad weather forecasts, we will communicate with you in advance about how you wish to proceed. On very rare occasions, it can be too windy for our safety. In such cases, we will cancel the tour in advance and refund you in full.
  • Are food or snacks included in the tour?
    Currently, food and snacks are not included. We can accommodate reasonable requests, for an extra fee. Please let us know about them at least 48hrs in advance.
  • What is included and available aboard Mini Yachts hvar?
    Always available and included in the price for ALL tours are: ✓ Wine (rose and white, both Croatian) ✓ Bottled water & Soft drinks ✓ Cushioned sunbathing platforms ✓ Professional Local Captain ✓ Swim Ladder ✓ Masks & Snorkels ✓ Floaties (floating hammocks, pool noodles) ✓ Fresh Water Shower ✓ Fresh Towels ✓ Icebox with ice ✓ Built-in Refrigerator ✓ Shaded Areas on each boat ✓ Sound System with Bluetooth connectivity ✓ Fuel
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    For an additional €120 per hour, we can make it happen. Full day tours have 8hrs boat time included, so the extra charge per hour begins when the original 8hrs expire. For half day tours, after the original 4,5hrs expire.
  • What should I pack and bring with me?
    Sunglasses, sunblock, and a hat are always a good idea. We already have towels, floaties, drinks and long sleeves (just in case) onboard for you.
  • Can children join the boat tour?
    Of course, they can! We take ours boating all the time, and they love it. It was the kids who nicknamed our boats ‘yachts’ – hence the name Mini Yachts Hvar!
  • I have a wheelchair user in my group, can we still go?
    Most days, yes. The only exception is when the weather is less than ideal. We always monitor the forecasts days in advance. If we feel it's too risky on your desired day, we'll advise against it. Just communicate it to us at least 48hrs in advance, and we'll make the necessary preparations.
  • Can pets join the experience?
    Yes, and feel free to bring them along with you if they're traveling with you.
  • Do you take deposits for bookings?
    Yes. Your deposit confirms your booking, whereas the rest is due on the day of your experience, before starting the trip.
  • What's your cancellation policy?
    All deposits are fully refundable until 48hrs before your experience. If you decide to cancel within the 48hrs, we keep the deposit.
  • How can I pay you?
    We accept CC payments (through Stripe) for deposits. Rest is due on the day of your experience. You can pay the rest in cash, or by CC (we'll send you a Stripe payment link). We also accept cash. ATMs are available all over town, and there are several banks where you can withdraw money as well.
  • I’m staying in Split town or Brach island, can I still book your tour?
    Yes, and it’s really easy! We can organise the whole trip for you. We'll source your ferry tickets and arrange transport to and from your accommodation (optional). We charge no extra fees for organising this. Read more about it here.
  • I'm staying on Hvar island, but not in Hvar town.
    We can always send a van or car for you, anywhere on the island. From Stari Grad to Hvar town it takes about 20-30min, from Vrboska 30-40min, from Jelsa 40-45min. Just let us know at least 48hrs in advance, and the driver will be there to pick you up at the appointed time.
  • With flexible pricing
    and low upfront costs (combined with the 60% discounts you can currently get), we offer more value than we charge money. For example, for cold outreach, you only invest when you receive positive responses from interested partners. Test us on free trial runs, and pay in instalments.
